While the city centre coughs and sneezes, Vinci’s
good air quality creates an atmosphere of focus, productivity and motivation. Standing tall above Kraków with its efficient air conditioning and air filtration system, the building helps you take a deep breath and surprise others with fresh ideas!

FRESH AIR FOR CLEAR MINDS
  1. While the city centre coughs and sneezes, Vinci’s Fresh air is sucked into the building through an air intake on the last floor of the building (about 50 m above the level of Opolska Street).
  2. The air goes through four main air handling units (AHUs), each of which handles a quarter section of the building (vertically, from the second-highest floor down to the ground floor).
  3. Every hour, 60 000 m3 of fresh air is pumped into the building (30-40 m3/h per person). On holidays and after working hours, in order to decrease energy intake and CO2 emissions, the amount of air is automatically reduced to a minimum.
AIR MONITORING FOR BETTER WORKSPACES
  1. 3 metres above Opolska Street
  2. 50 metres above Opolska Street
  3. After passing through the fresh air filters of one of the building’s main Air Handling Units.

For the convenience of our users and to ensure that the air supplied to the building is of very good quality, we have installed an air quality measurement system that checks the amount
of PM 10 and PM 2.5 particles on:

Say goodbye to low power and unstable internet connections. At Vinci, we are prepared for any disaster. With our 630 kVA electric power generator, stay safe and work smoothly in a place where everything is under control. And go offthe grid only if you need a break!

POWER UP, PRODUCTIVITY ON
  1. Vinci is powered by three medium-voltage lines from the city’s electrical distribution stations (110 kV to 15 kV).
  2. Three power transformers adjust the voltage from 15 kV to 400 V as per office requirements.
  3. In case of a total power blackout, the building is equipped with a 630 kVA diesel power generator. It can provide power to safety and security systems as well as other essential building systems (elevators, heating, server room). The generator can operate continuously and can be refuelled while operating.
